Originally established to speed up the land acquisition process, the Landspeed name encompassess two consultancies - offering advice in all aspects of residential development and affordable housing - as well as a dedicated affordable housing development and enabling company.

All three individual organisations acknowledge the issues faced by local authority officers when dealing with landowners, developers and their agents. This knowledge can assist in ensuring the appropriate planning policies are respected, whilst 'bridging the gap' to commercial organisations.
