What is Shared Purchase?
An affordable way to get onto the property ladder.

Through our schemes you will initially buy a share of a property, usually based on no more than 75% of the open market value.

Your purchase can be funded by a mortgage but unlike other schemes, we do not charge rent on the unsold part (apart from an annual ground rent on shared ownership scheme).

We are presently working on bringing forward a number of schemes delivering, in excess of 400 affordable units, across England.
